Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her amazing fianc JP at Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky father. My Instagram account @annephung is where the majority of my followers are. I post about my life in general, the good and the bad. In 1990, my family relocated to America. In the age of 1 and 1/4 I was accepted into my parents. My parents were the source of my inspiration and I worked to be successful. There was a specific plan for me for my life: university, get a job, marry, purchase a house and have kids. My goal was to go to college to graduate, then get an executive job. I would then marry to buy a home and have kids. But life had different plans. The money and the status of my position didn't make me feel happy. I believed that I was wasting my life to earn the opportunity to earn a salary. The passion I have for fitness as well as my desire to socialize with others led me to pursue a new career as an instructor. It was in 2014 that I started my own small business and it will be my 7th year anniversary by 2021. As an Asian female working in the field, we are among the many of us. It is my goal to become a catalyst within the field to offer high-quality coaching that allows people to live a more healthy and happier them by creating a sustainable lifestyle cater to the individual needs and desires. It is my aim to encourage others to chase their desires and lead the lives they've always wanted. As my career was taking off, I suffered the most devastating loss in my life to datethat of losing my Mom. To be in Heaven she rests now after an 8-year battle against Scleroderma. But I still carry my Mom with me and dream of her every day. Life really does have a way with giving us exactly what we need even if we're not able to grasp the lessons at the time. My mom's death changed my life in so many ways. I am convinced that my mom offered me a second chance to be alive through her passing. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed. It was her time to begin her new life as I was given the chance to lead living a happy and fulfilling life. What I'm experiencing now at the age of 30 is a feeling of aliveness and awareness. It's as if that I'm living my life, and not just existing. My life is shared with my readers so that I am able to be able to share my stories and thoughts. This will help you realize that you're not on your own. It is possible to accomplishing anything you wish and more. Therapy is necessary and normal. Health is the best riches. I wish you to live your life to the fullest and end it without regrets, as death is the sole possibility that awaits us in our life.
